Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. It is short because the product does very little with your data.

What we collect

• Email addresses you provide: yours as commissioner, and the addresses of the league members you want the recap sent to.
• Fantasy league data from the platform you connect (Sleeper, and Yahoo once supported): league settings and metadata, team and manager display names, weekly matchups and scores, rosters and starting lineups with player-level scoring, standings, and league transactions.
• Notes you write about your league, such as inside jokes or the punishment for last place, used to shape the writing.
• Access tokens, only for platforms that use OAuth. These are stored encrypted at rest and are never shown to anyone, including you.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments, when applicable, are handled by a third-party processor and we never see the card number.

What we do with it

We read your league's data once per week to generate that week's recap, and we email that recap to the addresses you gave us. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not build a public statistics database, an aggregate data product, or anything else derived from your league. We do not use your league data to train machine learning models.

Who else touches it

Three service providers process data on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver the product:

• The fantasy platform you connect (Sleeper, Yahoo), which is where the league data comes from.
• Anthropic, which generates the recap text from the computed results. Your league's data is sent for that purpose and is not used to train models.
• Resend, which delivers the email.

We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

League data and past recaps are kept while your league is active. When a commissioner disconnects a league or cancels, we delete that league's stored data and any access tokens within 30 days.

Your choices

• Every recap email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes that address and nothing else.
• A commissioner can disconnect a league at any time, which stops all processing and deletes the stored data.
• You can email us to request a copy of, or the deletion of, anything we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This product is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and email active commissioners before the change takes effect.
